Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we unfortunately do not accept returns on our products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong or no item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We can only refund you on a purchase if the item is marked as defective, lost*, or damaged; which we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim. We will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kkitchenenquiries@gmail.com.

*If your item is lost in transit, in the first instance, please try to contact the courier, after 5 business days in the case where there is no reply, contact us.
